The Haarde government must not receive the IMF loan!

It can be catastrophic if the current government will be poised to receive and decide what to do with the IMF loan.  Let´s not forget that this is the same government that brought about the current bank crisis. 

Do you give a bottle of wine to an alcoholic?  Not if you can avoid it.  The current government is no better than an delinguent alcoholic looking for the next fix.  

What Iceland so desperately needs is a new government, a leftist government, ready to protect the last remains of the welfare state.  But will the IMF ever be able to tolerate a leftist government?  Not while the USA is controlled by president Bush.  And does the US not control the IMF ????  Excuse me for asking. Should we not at least wait for OBAMA.

So THE DANGER WE ARE FACING is that a ULTRA RIGHT or ALMOST FACIST government will be installed and almost institutionalized in ICELAND for many years to come.  THIS COULD BE ONE OF THE UNWRITTEN CONDITIONS OF AN IMF LOAN.

MAYBE Haarde´s government cares more about staying in power, than about the fate of the icelandic people.  After all we the common people of Iceland can all be replaced.

The cure for total bankruptcy probably isn´t further credit. And listening to serial liars is totally hopeless. You could just as well hand over your money to the next nigerian scam.

The main problem with idiots is that they underestimate the intelligence of others. The fact that they tend to mingle with other idiots is also a major problem. And so eventually you end up with a finance minister who is a borderline imbecile replacing a confirmed moron who himself was deputy to a total fruitcake and hence is now prime minister. Hahahahaha. Hallelujah and amen.
