Einstein´s mirror - spegill Einsteins
Einstein once imagined what would happen if he were holding a mirror and travelling faster than the speed of light. Would he be able to see his image in the mirror ? Newtonian mechanics predicted that he would not be able to see his image but Maxwell had shown that he might. So Einstein reasoned that this paradox was nonsense since nothing could travel faster than the speed of light. ERGO - this situation would never arise in our cosmos since he would only be able to travel at the speed of light and thus would always see his image in the mirror.
But now the challenge of physics is how to fit together The general theory of relativity and quantum mechanics because they do not fit together. Where there is a mismatch between theories in science - there is opportunity for improvement. Anyone interested ?
